Coffee Chat with Erika

For environmentally sustainable minded individuals
that have made an intentional commitment to implementing

mindful sustainability in their BUSINESS or HOUSEHOLD
and are looking for guidance or hands-on implementation.

I want to to help guide you through the process of REimagining and REinventing your home, business, or community to be more mindful and sustainable.

Sustainable BEing isn’t about magic formulas or number crunching. It’s a way of intentionally living lightly in all areas of your life. But where to start? Which areas of my home/workplace is most important? Does it take a lot of money?

So many questions! I had them too. I look forward to sitting down with you over a latte (or fair trade tea) brainstorming personal and/or professional sustainability ideas or discussing ways to grow an existing business. You can also use this time to ask me any questions you like. Your 60 minutes consultation will be customized, based on your needs, knowledge, and experience and will include 30 minutes of research prior to our coffee chat. This is your own personal, Coffee Chat where we’ll discuss creative nuggets, offbeat ideas, and proven practices to reduce your environmental footprint. This is not life-coaching, this is not a guided meditation, this is not a workshop. My goal is to give you one-on-one practical, tangible feedback, providing you with a road-map of where to go next, contacts, and how to get there; saving you time and money, and accelerating your sustainability goals.

At its most fundamental level, my work is about helping others to uncover their own potential. This can happen on an individual level, when one gains insight or new understanding from watching/creating a poignant film or learning a useful mindfulness technique. And, it can happen on a larger level when one works with others to achieve meaningful political or social change. Much of my work has been to motivate people of all ages to take themselves, art, environmentalism, and social change seriously. I view this process as an integral facet of my work and want to help as many people as possible.

"Running a business and organizing events is hard enough. So, it's a huge relief to have – and amazing to see in action – Erika expertly managing all my zero waste goals while skillfully pulling it off. Our SimpleREV event participants were also inspired and impressed with the results - 97% of our waste was diverted from the landfill - and told me how great it was that we weren't just another group paying lip service to our Earth's long-term vitality.

Sustainability is really its own department, which is why it's magical to experience Erika doing it single-handedly."

~ Joel Zaslofsky, Founder of SimpleREV
